Alpine's Values

We value the Inspired Word of God

...by building upon a Biblical foundation. Our teaching is based on the truth of Scripture.
“All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of
God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16

We value the Intrinsic Worth of every person
...by seeing all as equal in God’s eyes: children, youth and adults are equally important to the mission of the church. Alpine’s
services and ministries are user friendly- that is, easy to get connected to and to understand.
“God created people in his own image.” Genesis 1:27
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal
       live.” John 3:16

We value an Intimate Walk with God
...by modeling life-changing transformation. People’s lives are changed by an encounter with the living Christ and his followers.
“Everyone who confesses that Jesus is God’s Son participates continuously in an intimate relationship with God.” I John 4:15

We value the Investment Work of discipleship
...by being purpose-driven: a body where one can experience the fullness of true fellowship, culturally relevant worship, authentic
lives growing to maturity, using our gifts in God’s service, and reaching our community with the good news of Jesus’ love.
“Therefore, go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching
them to obey everything I have commanded to you. “ Matthew 28:19-20

We value the Intentional Witnesses of grace
...by providing a safe place, a place where hurting people can participate in an environment of acceptance and grace.
“I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me
and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” John 17:20,21
